Silver City Face: PERMANENTLY CLOSED Map

Yes. Believe it or not, the cliff-riddled lines that are depicted on your screens were actually ACCESSIBLE to the PUBLIC. You would simply carry avalanche gear and get to this terrain via the Delirium Dive Gate. Hopefully you see the problem with this and the reason why this terrain was permanently closed soon after it opened. It was too difficult to control not only from an avalanche standpoint but too risky safety-wise to allow the public to ski this. The closest you can get to skiing this area these days is by either doing an advanced run skiers' left of the area The Shoulder or doing the legendary Delirium Dive and cutting skiers' left underneath the tall imposing cliff-bands. Please do not attempt skiing the Silver City as you will certainly be fined and charged for breaking certain Canadian Ski Laws.
