Epic classic big mountain couloir
Freeride Skiing Extreme
This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be extreme. It's remote, it features high exposure (e3) and is typically done between January and April. From a low point of 2.1 km to the maximum altitude of 2.4 km, the route covers 300 m, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 220 vertical metres of descent.
It's the prominent chute on Mt Mackenzie that stares direclty at you when you stand on the Sub Peak.
