Traverse Pillow Map

Once you've entered into Lakeside Bowl through the gate, you can take follow the high traverse line into the bowl. This can be quite exposed depending on snow conditions. From this traverse you can access several routes including Traverse Pillow, Lakeside Centre, Heartthrob and I.D. Low. Traverse Pillow is a great spot first thing on a powder day when you're making your first laps around 7th Heaven. Just before the first exposed the traverse goes over you, and you sidestep under a ski patrol bomb tram, drop off into the bowl and ski underneath this cliff, known as the pillow. Lakeside Bowl is spacious enough to allow you to still get those blower shots even if you're not the first one in!
