This is a popular hiking route which is generally considered to be easy. It's not remote, it features low exposure and is typically done between March and November. From a low point of 329 m to the maximum altitude of 342 m, the route covers 1.5 km, 18 vertical metres of ascent and 18 vertical metres of descent.


This easy 2km route circles Cat Lake on old logging roads. Watch out for some of the potholes and enjoy the lake on a warm summer day after! This is an excellent option for both dogs and children.

This trail can be enjoyed year-round, but there may be snow.
