Couloir de la Gazex Map

A nice little couloir with super easy access from the piste. You could ski the Venturon piste first as it runs below the line and you can see how it looks. You literally ski right past it yet this is sometime not skied for days after a dump! From the top of the Cote Brune chairlift from Mottaret, head along the ridge on the Venturon piste and before you get to where the piste marker splits and you have Les Menuires to your left and Mottaret to your right ( Venturon Piste) This is where you will find the couloir, skiers right of the piste. Take a small traverse off the piste and look for an avalanche pipe or gazex as a marker. Often well filled in with snow and not too rocky.
