A couloir with high objective risks, for specialists!
Ski Touring Severe
This couloir starts in The Spissen Valley, rarely skied in a very remote place. This couloir is for specialist only: it's far in the backcountry, really hard to locate and then difficult to ski in safe conditions. It is open to the winds and it ends on a big waterfall that is tricky to bypass without a rope. So sometimes a 60m rappel is necessary. The line continues down the Netscho valley. This is a journey that will bring you into the most unknown valleys if Monte Rosa, places rarely visited by people. You will skin up large valleys climb some couloir and then skin up again before reaching this line. So you will need to be in a excellent physical condition too.
Severe
Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
