This is an amazing area - on a powder day and early season this is the spot to go. Head along the saddle track, past the hut and drop in skier's left. Don't ski to your right until you find the boundary fence, the other side is Sun Dance. There are a few entry points so just choose which one you feel comfortable with.

Description

Once you are in the terrain is nice and wide with lots of smaller gullies to check out and lots of features to get playful. The terrain is a good gradient and you have spectacular views. Ski fall-line until the bottom where you can ski past the upper car park and back to the Home Basin chairlift.

Towards the end of the season the snow melts fast here due to its aspect, so make the most of it while you can in the early season. Some of the best turns are to be had in here
