Tajos de la virgen's lower section. Map

The access for this line takes about 30 minutes. Turn right on top of "Laguna" chairlift, then follow the "Tajos de la virgen cliff" traverse line but instead of taking a right turn continue straight on, heading over a little ridge. The line can feel like a piste on the first section where a gully is guiding the way. There are some rocks and quite often low snow cover. Even if the face is protected from the sun, the base is quite thin sometimes. Avalanche risk is to be taken in consideration around here due to the altitude, but the main hazard to be aware of is navigation errors to the left side, which can lead to some cliffs. Try to stay high as possible as soon as the steepest part passed to avoid walking. The line finishes on the red piste "Cartujo" which leads back to "Laguna" and "Dilar" chairlift.
