Riffelalp - Zermatt (Arvenweg)

With a seemingly unending number of bends in the path, and a couple of scrambles, this is a beautiful walk, although watch where you are going; there are many deer and chamois that roam here. It is a very quiet walk as few other walkers tend to take this route and it is very peaceful because of it. It can get damp underfoot if there has been recent rain as it is all in shade.
