0.5 Gully Map

From the base station the two most obvious approach routes are either up and over Cairn Gorm or picking up The Goat Track that will lead you directly to the base of Stob Coire an t-Sneachda.

Description

If you choose the former option you can include 0.5 gully into an excellent circular tour by then descending back on The Goat Track.

The gully entrance is well defined and clear from the top. It maintains a similar gradient of approximately 30 degrees for the duration and provides plenty of space for flattering skiing and a long run out. There are very few hazards in the gully itself but be cautious of exposed rock lower down when the snow pack depth is minimal.
