Avernus Map

Avernus is another extreme run that can be found off Secret Shoulder. This is even more technical and scary than it's upper neighbor Acheron. Avernus proper starts with an extremely dicy chute through a narrow chute (although this can technically be bypassed by taking Avernus Alternate. The run temporarily and briefly mellows out before reaching it's most intense section. You must make your way through a double fall line chute between two massive cliffs with very little room for error. This section is extremely exposed and technical. Once you clear this, you'll merge onto lower Acheron and enjoy some fantastic turns all the way down to the Devil's Corral Trail.
