This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's extremely remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between January and April. From a low point of 2.4 km to the maximum altitude of 3 km, the route covers 3.9 km, 103 vertical metres of ascent and 573 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 3.1 and Labande grade 4. You'll need skins to complete it safely.

Description

For riders not interested in skiing the extreme faces of Deadwood Peak, it's backside offers several more mellow runs. One of these runs is Deadwood Bowl. This run eventually filters out into gully. Low-advanced skiers should be able to handle it without too many issues!
