Slaughterhouse Map

Slaughterhouse is a gnarly line located on the backside of the Deadwood Roundtop Backcountry ski area. It takes an exceptional hike to reach and an arduous traverse to exit. Slaughterhouse is the crown jewel of all the runs in this area. It holds snow really poorly which makes it very rarely skiable. In addition, the run consists of several gnarly cliffs and rock gardens which take many large snowfalls to fully cover in order to be skiable. If conditions permit this is a very steep big mountain run that should only be attempted by experts.
