This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be severe. It's extremely remote, it features high exposure (e3) and is typically done between January and March. From a low point of 2.3 km to the maximum altitude of 2.9 km, the route covers 1.4 km, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 637 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 4.1 and Labande grade 5.

Description

This run is still fairly technical, however you bypass all the cliffs and still get to experience some pretty incredible snow. For the first time skier scouting out Deadwood Peak's Northern Face, this is a great first run to scope out the more challenging lines off this face!

Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
