Needle Chute Map

This is a very popular alternative to the lower half of the Eastern Couloir as it truly ends the run with a bang. Needle Chute is a very tight line that either requires a mandatory straight-line or very precise and tight jump-turns. For many, this is a great introduction to straight-lining as the consequence of falling isn't too bad as you're at the bottom of the hill. If the snowpack is low, there's a chance that you'll have mandatory air or a rock-riddled chute which can complicate things. Overall, this is a must do alternative to the lower part of the Eastern Couloir if you have the ability to do it!
