Windows #7 Map

Windows #7 can be accessed from the top of the peak 9 access road, at the boundary gate. Easily accessed from upper or lower Broadway, stay left as the fall line begins to pull you into the trees. From there you must cut left quickly to find yourself in the open chute that is Windows #7. Be careful early season as this area of high alpine terrain can have varying degrees of exposure. Rocks and stumps are virtually always a hazard when entering Windows #7, so be careful not to turn in to much while slowing down to enter the trees. You will be able to spot the river from quite a ways up, especially earlier in the season. Once you spot the river, stay right and follow the Windows run out (locally called the bobsled run) all the way back to chair E.
