The bald nose is up the ridge and offers a nice vantage point to run Y1 or Y2. Within each drainage there are many ways to descend through groupings of pine and aspens. If coming off the low ridge, the glades will have you veering left riding an awkward fall line. If you climb high to the bald nose, you can ride a more straight downhill descent through prepubescent open glades that has you connecting multiple powder fields. This is the recommended route to maximize gradient and powder. Stay up high from the gully and soak up the sunshine. Towards the bottom, cut left and head towards Beano’s cabin where a cat trail awaits to take you to Talon’s lodge.
