Parallel Chute Map

Parallel is the tighter of the pair of chutes, Diagonal and Parallel. It always holds cold snow due to its North aspect. Parallel can get a few bumps in the upper section from people making the same hop turns. There are also some rocks in the top you will want to watch out for. You'll either head left at the bottom to under Slushman's Ravine, fall line into rocky trees, or right to under Jaws 1. Ski down the lift line or the face and head North after the first steep, rocky section. You'll go a little past Diagonal, but before Jaws 1. Parallel is about 10ft wide for the first 3 or 4 turns, then widens to about 20ft.
