Birnam Wood Map

Birnam Wood serves as Brutus's counterpart near the Ariel lift, providing one of the two best glades on Mt. Ashland. Even though Birnam is located off of the expert-only Ariel lift, this glade features more widely-spaced trees even than Brutus, and according to FATMAP it only hits a max gradient of 27°.

Description

While the trees in Birnam are a bit more widely-spaced than those in Brutus, some of the trees are smaller than the towering doug firs in Brutus, bringing the branches closer to the snowpack and potentially making for slightly trickier navigation around their outstretched reach.

Due to its location, Birnam Wood can easily be combined with a number of other runs. You can duck into Birnam from the Ariel Chairline, or mix and match it with parts of Pistol.
