Description

Yellowstone National Park is the first national park in the world, and it's home to an array of majestic wildlife and curious natural phenomena. Bison, grizzly bears, erupting geysers, bubbling mud pots, and technicolor hot springs can all be found in Yellowstone’s massive 3,500-square-mile expanse of recreational wilderness.

Here is a selection of 5 hikes ranging from short circuits to multi-day treks. If you want to get up close and personal with gushing geysers, then visit the iconic Old Faithful and try the Upper Geyser Basin Trail. For those looking to spend at least a couple of days venturing into the wilderness, The Thorofare Trail will take you on an epic journey through Yellowstone’s diverse landscapes.
