Head to the top of the Creux Noirs chairlift in Courchevel and head left along the ridge. You are on the ridge between Meribel and Courchevel. To your right is Mottaret far below. head along the ridge until you start dropping down towards a large obvious rock which signifies the Col de Fruit. From here head to your right. A long and constant gradient will have your legs burning by the bottom. You need to cross a small stream/ river by way of a bridge. Save some energy as there's a good half hour slog out of the bottom to return to Mottaret. Well worth it though!! Gets alot of sun so be aware of the danger element as this often slides
