The Hut Map

As you sneak round the back of the hut there is an obvious gap between the trees from where you can see the Roc Mugnier and Aiguille de Fruit chairs. Drop in here and ski between nicely spread out trees for a semi-steep incline for about a 50m vertical. You come out onto an open face that mellows out and meets the Gravelles blue piste on the way down to the two chairs you saw from the top. If you take Roc Mugnier up you can spot the hut as you ascend and get a good idea of what kind of line you want to take on the open face when you come back down. This generally gets tracked out by the afternoon but if you're heading to Courchevel 1850 from Moriond it's a nice route to Aiguille de Fruit
