A 'hike to powder' bowl to guarantee those fresh turns after a storm. An intermediately sloped bowl that funnels back into Hully Gully, Cold Shoulder and Larry's Lip on the Backside
Freeride Skiing Moderate
If you are after a few powder turns the 'day after' the storm, follow the bootpack beyond the patrol shack above Chair 4. Follow the bootpack to the top ridge and then descend back down into the bowl above the backside runs. Aggressive skiers will only obtain 3-4 big fast turns. CAUTION - watch out for the cat track and/or traverse marks as you descend back into the main runs.
Moderate
Slopes become slightly steeper at around 25-30 degrees.
