Golden Triangle Map

The Golden Triangle sees a lot of traffic and sunshine. This area is one of the best to lap on a corn day. It is a great easy place to hammer out bump runs at Schlasman's. There are lots of spaced trees and this zone hardly ever sluffs out on a powder day. It gets hit pretty hard, but that is really one of its strong points, you can get really nice fall line moguls that form in the Triangle. Simply traverse about 100ft South from the top of the chair to get into the Golden Triangle. You could also hike to the ridge above the top of Schlasman's real quick to get bonus turns above the traverse. The lowest part of the Triangle, just before the flats of Mundy's can get kind of rocky, so ski carefully.
