The Upper Caravan Traverse can be used to bail out of Caravan early if the conditions aren't good, or you simply want to get into Close Call. Ski just right of the trees on the left side of Caravan, head left as the trees stop, and Caravan fades right. This is also the top of Trap Door area. It can have some rocks in it so be careful.
