Twist and Shout is one of the new school flow trails that Deer Valley has invested heavily in in recent years. It "is a thrilling steep and twisting singletrack with tight curves and lots of trees," writes Deer Valley. This trail specifically is designed as an advanced-level flow trail with big berms, steeper grades, and bigger jumps. Designed and built by Gravity Logic, the geniuses behind the Whistler Bike Park, you know this rip has to be a good time!

Widely variable, narrow trail tread with steeper grades and unavoidable obstacles of 15in/38cm tall or less. Obstacles may include unavoidable bridges 24in/61cm wide or less, large rocks, gravel, difficult root sections, and more. Ideal for advanced-level riders.
