The most popular chute in Wolverine Cirque.
Ski Touring Difficult
This is the obvious chute right in the middle of Wolverine Cirque. It's wider than all the rest and usually has an easy way in despite cornices at the top, making it the most popular line in the cirque. Even though this chute typically presents lower hazards than others in Wolverine, it's still prone to the slides and cornice collapses that can plague this cirque. Don't let "Granny's" fool your sense of safety out here.
Difficult
Serious gradient of 30-38 degrees where a real risk of slipping exists.
