This track starts at the base area. Work your way up the cat track/road to the climbers left of Gold Hills chair. Watch out for snowmobiles and snowcats used to access the houses at the top of the lift. This track goes through the trees. Look for a narrow trail on the uphill side of a sharp switchback. This hill is the first relatively open slope. Follow for a short distance, head uphill and right and follow an old ski trail. Once the trail turns back towards the left, continue up and straight ahead. You will have to cross a creek and make your way up a steep hill. At the top of this hill, you will encounter the summer hiking trail. From here, head up and to the right. Your destination will be above you. Look for a few small cliffs on the climbers right. You want to head up and to the left of these, working your way up the slope and keeping the ridge on your left side. Continue to the top.
