Description
If you love mountain biking, then you should head to Livigno. This remote mountain town in the Italian Alps is geared up for every kind of ride you could wish for. First off, there is the Mottolino Bike Park, which hosted the Downhill World Championships and is counted as one of the Alps Top 10 Bike Parks.
If you don’t get enough downhill action there, you can head over the other side of the valley to the Carosello 3000. This well-maintained bike park is a downhill playground catering to every level of rider.
There are also heaps of very well signed mountain bike tour trails lacing in and around Livigno, from the short and easy, to the Transalp epic. In this guidebook, you'll find a mix of downhill, trail riding, and enduro trails to give you a taste of the absolute feast that Livigno serves up to mountain bikers.
