The classic, very popular Val d'Isere off-piste. Quickly tracked!
Freeride Skiing Difficult
A contender for the most popular off-piste line in Val thanks to the easy access and decent vertical drop. There is no particular technical difficulty but a nice line if you get there before the crowds. Head to the Face piste and leave this after the left hand bend, following the gentle slopes. Make sure you pick your line carefully to ensure you don't end up in the steeper couloirs on the right or the slopes too far right. The line faces South East so the snow transforms quickly.
Difficult
Serious gradient of 30-38 degrees where a real risk of slipping exists.
