Riggli route Map

Ski down the Engetal piste and instead of turning left to go to the Riggli chairlift or down towards the Muttleren chairlift, go straight on at the sign on the avalanche danger rope and proceed along a flattish bit through some large rocks. From there traverse as far along as you want before heading down for good turns; the pitch is wide enough to allow for some longer radius freeride turns. Some terrain changes lower down allow you to catch some air until you rejoin the 13b piste close to the Muttleren chairlift. This does get tracked out quite quickly and can be affected by the sun quickly. It could be considered a good option for those wanting to start doing off piste a little further from the marked trails. Watch out for going too far to the right as there are large cliffs. From here you could then head down the infamous Tschingelchrachen but that is a far more technical and difficult run.
