Jatzhorn NE face Map

Hike and climb the NW ridge of Jatzhorn which will be on your right from Route 14. This climbs a sharp ridge, good mountaineering equipment and experience is needed. Crampons and rope is highly recommended. Rope length is depending of how many riders approach the peak, but 12 meter gap should be enough for a few of the climbing sections. After the first serious and challenging section on narrow couloirs at the top, the route keeps going straight down and traverses slightly to the left. You then ride a steep technical section with trees and rocks which will lead you to the lower section of route n14 on the way to Teufi.
