Chutes 3, 2, and 1 are different from 4, 5, and 6 in that they have pretty rocky cruxes after the wide open upper sections. Chute 3 is the easiest through the crux, then doesn't have a lot of trees to ski through as you make it down the the small rock band above Dick's. Be careful getting through the rocks, especially early season. Hike North from the Bridger chair boot pack. Pass the Skier's Traverse and go past 3 large nolls on the ridge. The ridge will begin to flatten out at this point, drop in.
