This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be moderate. It's remote, it features low exposure (e1) and is typically done between November and May. From a low point of 2.5 km to the maximum altitude of 2.5 km, the route covers 189 m, 27 vertical metres of ascent and 0 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 2.2 and Labande grade 2.
This traverse is a must for those not wanting to head into the rowdy exits of Tight Squeeze, Never Never, and Right Side. You can take it all the way North past Kanzler's and The Burn, getting back to the top of Bridger chair.
