MERA: Red Apple and Soggy Bottom Loop Map

Red Apple and Soggy Bottom form a delightful beginner singletrack loop close to the Owsley Trailhead in the Mount Emily Recreation Area (MERA). This flowy, largely nontechnical singletrack loop meanders up and down the mellow hills and through the deep forest near the trailhead, without ever getting too far from the car. This allows beginners to dip their toes into the waters of mountain biking and see if it’s for them, without getting committed to a long ride.
