Freeride Skiing Severe
This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be severe. It's not remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between February and March. From a low point of 2.7 km to the maximum altitude of 2.8 km, the route covers 159 m, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 86 vertical metres of descent.
The third and final chute off The Sedatives is the shortest and least steep, but it is also very exposed and has mandatory air if not covered up fully. The air is not huge, about 10 feet, but is unseeable to skiers already in the chute.
Severe
Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
