This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be severe. It's not remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between January and March. From a low point of 2.7 km to the maximum altitude of 2.8 km, the route covers 179 m, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 123 vertical metres of descent.

Description

Sleepy Chute is a narrow, steep chute adjacent to Fantasy Headwall, Aerials, and Outerspace. It has an easy rollover at the drop-in but steepens out once you are in. The chute is surrounded by many rocks and trees and is a very fun shot into the Lower Headwall.

Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
