This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be severe. It's not remote, it features high exposure (e3) and is typically done between February and March. From a low point of 2.7 km to the maximum altitude of 2.8 km, the route covers 214 m, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 105 vertical metres of descent.
Description
The Sedatives all start out at the open funnel of Anesthesia #10. About halfway down, you will take a left and ski to a treeline where you will be above 3 steep shots in between rocks and trees, these are The Sedatives. It is accessible from the Fantasy Ridge hike.

Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
