Description
Until a few years ago La Clusaz & Grand Bornand was relatively unknown to most freeriders but the extraordinary videos made in the area by Candide Thovex have put it on the map. As you'll discover when skiing the lines in this guidebook, Candide has got good taste in ski resorts!
The routes described here aren't extreme - they're "smile on the face" lines that will take you into some gorgeous bits of this stunning ski area. The lifts that access these routes aren't all particularly modern but the fact that the ski area feels a little old-school only adds to its charm.
