A technical little number
Mountain Biking Severe
Afternoon delight is a technical, steep, rooty, rocky trail. The crux of the trail is found near the exit just before the merge with the Whistler Downhill. The crux is a really quite technical, loose, rutted and steep rock roll which leads you directly into a sweet bermed out corner below. A sneak line has appeared right of this line if you are not quite feeling it.
Severe
Widely variable, narrow trail tread with steeper grades and unavoidable obstacles of 15in/38cm tall or less. Obstacles may include unavoidable bridges 24in/61cm wide or less, large rocks, gravel, difficult root sections, and more. Ideal for advanced-level riders.
