Les Renne's lower part. Map

This is an easily accessed line. Turn right below the middle ridge, this section is below "Les Renne's middle line" and the entrance is gentle and not steep. The area often gets the sun so the line can be wet or from March or icy in the morning. The main hazard is the lower section with the steepest part and a cliff; a good weather window is helpful as the line can be dangerous if you can't see the route. A navigation mistake on the left side could see you falling from the ridge and avalanche risk is quite high due to the steepness and the ridges which contain the line. The line finishes on the red piste "Les Rennes" which leads back to the same chairlift or back to the bottom of Pré-la-Joux.
