The most beautiful line at Snowbird
Freeride Skiing Extreme
You will know what it is the moment you lay eyes on it; this pipeline is as aesthetic as it is fun to ski. It's a consistently steep couloir that isn't too skinny. Pipeline is regulated by Snowbird ski patrol and is rarely open. If you happen to be at the resort when patrol opens the hike, and you feel confident in your expert ski ability, Pipeline is a must do. You HAVE TO check in with Snowbird Ski Patrol at the top of Hidden Peak before heading out the gate for the boot pack. A beacon, shovel, probe and partner are mandatory. Pipeline must be treated as a serious backcountry line... because it is. If the stars do align and you are able to successfully shred Pipeline top to bottom... you have earned bragging rights for the rest of the season.
