Vord-Hasenfluh Map

From Muggengrat chairlift head follow run 10 around to where the slope becomes a steep face. From here look into the direction of the Hasenfluh peak and maintain a high traverse around the shoulder of this peak. Continue to traverse around this peak until the north east facing slope will come into view. This is now a vast splendid slope which one can take down to the road, a chance to show off your turns to the town of Zurs. Beware for rocks and small drops at the bottom so keep right here. The traverse can be difficult on a snowboard but it is possible and the reward can be deep dry powder on a north east facing slope. However, the traverse is south facing so is prone to wet snow slides in late winter.
