Bortabitche Map

Bortabiche is a very man-made trail that has a lot of fun and novelty to it. Big machine-dug berms and jumps are the order of the day. Work out the grip and follow your nose. The trail has a nice flow with some steep sections, but mostly off the brake speed. Some of the jumps need less speed than you might think, so take it easy on the first run!

Description

Halfway down, the trail turns into a big North Shore-style wooden boardwalk that crosses a significant boulder field. The boulders are the size of cars in places! It's a great and fun ride; just don't fall off the side! Filled with a sense of relief that you still have limbs that work, throw yourself off the little road gap and into some beautiful tight and steep switchbacks before doing some skids into the lift station.
