This is a popular alpine climbing route which is generally considered to be extreme. It's extremely remote, it features extreme exposure and is typically done between July and September. From a low point of 1.5 km to the maximum altitude of 4.8 km, the route covers 23 km, 4076 vertical metres of ascent and 1983 vertical metres of descent. You'll need bivy kit, crampons, quickdraws, glacier kit, 2 ice axes, climbing shoes and wires and friends to complete it safely.
