One of the best known La Grave Couloirs - a classic
Freeride Skiing Severe
This has become one of the best known couloirs in La Grave. A fantastic adventure which is definitely steep, but relatively short. A good place to warm up the legs for some of La Grave's steeper more committing lines. The line's shape means a fall would still be serious so be careful under hard/icy snow conditions. The entrance is just below a nipple-shaped rock.
Severe
Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
