Description

Right from the first few metres you can tell its a challenging singletrack trail that demands full concentration. This trail is only recommended for expert mountain bikers with full protective equipment. The trail crosses a wide forest road on several occasions, so those who are finding the going too tough can shortcut through this way to the bottom. The most technically challenging part of the trail starts just below the bottom of the chairlift. Steep terrain, tight switchbacks, loose earth and big steps are a recipe for fun but seriously tough riding. After a short section in open terrain, the trail heads into the forest. There is a jump over an avalanche strip, which marks the half-way point of the trail. Of course there is also a chicken way. Next up is a forest section with a combination of roots and forest earth down to the bottom of the cable car at the Hungerburg.
