This walk might be short and easy, but it yields fantastic views of one of the most famous sites in Yosemite Valley: Lower Yosemite Falls!

Description

Lower Yosemite Falls comprises the lower section of North America's tallest waterfall, with the lower falls alone measuring a stunning 320-foot vertical drop. This 1-mile loop visits the very base of the falls, and in the spring and early summertime, you can expect to be sprayed by the water from the thundering falls as you stand on the footbridge and look up at this natural wonder.

The entire walk is paved and easy to navigate, making it a fantastic view-filled hike for the entire family. The eastern section of the loop is also wheelchair accessible.
