Vernal Falls and Clark Point via Mist and John Muir Loop Map

This trail takes you to Vernal Falls via the Mist Trail then you take a right onto the JMT to hike up to Clark Point. Clark point is situated on top of a dome and has breathtaking views of Glacier Point and Grizzly Peak. Vernal falls is know for its mist when you get close to it.

Description

The trail is 4.5-miles and takes an average of 3h to finish. It is a little bit strenuous because of the swichbacks on the JMT, It is not exposed. You will likely encounter other as the mist trail is very popular.
